Our Background
InfoTool was founded in Boston, Massachusetts by a research team of
Ph.D organizational consultants who thirsted for an easy-to-use, flexible
and effective tool that would measure and analyze key organizational
business drivers. The team needed a web-based application that was dynamic,
interactive and intuitive enough to empower clients to analyze the root
cause needs of their employees and their customer's perceptions as well
as be flexible to the changing requirements of the marketplace.
After four years of development, InfoTool was created. The result -
a web-based application that is scalable to any size organization, that
measures, tracks and analyzes organizational strengths and weaknesses,
employee wants and needs, and customer satisfaction--all critical drivers
of an organization's balanced scorecard.
Traditionally, measurement systems and the balanced scorecard relied
on historical or lagging data, which is analogous to driving an organization
through its rear view mirror. Infotool is designed to be an early warning
